is a quantitative immunoabsorbent test for the detection and quantification of the immunotoxic fraction of gluten. It is based on an anti-gliadin-33mer antibody (G12) which reacts to prolamins of wheat ( Gliadin), barley (hordein), rye (secalin) and oat (avenin).
